    • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
    • Transit Time (Domestic): For domestic shipments within the USA, you can expect your order to be in transit for 2–7 days.
    • Transit Time (International): International orders usually take 4–22 days to reach you, depending on the courier selected during checkout.

  3. Tracking Notifications
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. This link allows you to follow the progress of your shipment, providing you with real-time updates from the shipping provider.

  4. Change of Delivery Address
    If you need to change your delivery address, you can do so at any time before your order is dispatched.

  5. P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping

    • We are happy to ship to P.O. box addresses within the USA using postal services.
    • Military addresses are also supported through USPS. However, courier services are not available for these locations.

  6. Items Out of Stock
    In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will promptly cancel and refund the out-of-stock items while dispatching the rest of your order.

  7. Delivery Time Exceeded
    Should your delivery time exceed the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will conduct an investigation to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

  8. Duties & Taxes

    • Sales Tax: Sales tax is already applied to the price of goods displayed on our website for US customers.
    • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes are prepaid. There are no additional fees for customers upon the arrival of the shipment in the destination country.

    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
